It depends on where you are. Production of the custom shoes takes around 10 days. Then, Orders processed will take 7-10 days to arrive for Expedited shipping, while Standard shipping take 15-20 days to arrive. All in all, Orders take more or less 3 weeks to arrive.

How much does it cost to customize a shoe?
The customization cost is 0. That's right, Customization is FREE! Zero-cost to design your own shoes. Just pay for the canvass and design it freely with your creative designs.

How long is the shipping time?
Shipping time varies based on your location and chosen shipping method. On average, standard shipping takes 15-20 days, while expedited shipping takes 7-10 days.
When can I expect delivery of my customized shoes?
Delivery time is the sum of production and shipping time. On average, you can expect your shoes within 17 to 30 days after placing your order.
What's the difference between Expedited and Standard Shipping?
Expedited Shipping (7-10 days) delivers your order faster compared to Standard Shipping (15-20 days) . It's a great option if you need your shoes sooner.
I made an error in my address. How can I update it?

At the moment, we only customize the shoes themselves and not the shoe boxes.
Can I order the plain white shoes without customization?
Yes, you can order plain white shoes without customization. Simply choose the base model and select no additional customizations.
Can I customize the soles of the shoes?
Currently, our customization options cover the upper part of the shoes. Sole customization is not available.
Do you offer delivery to my area?
Yes, We provide delivery WORLDWIDE.
Can I receive a preview picture of my customized shoes?
Unfortunately, we don't offer preview pictures of customizations before the product is delivered.
