Laser-cut precision
After printing, a CO2 laser cuts each panel from the material. The cut follows the design's exact borders and seals the edges.
Hand-assembled, machine-sewn
Industrial sewing machines stitch the panels into the upper one at a time, every seam guided by hand. The upper is then bonded to the sole through cemented construction.
Quality checked, laced, shipped
Each pair gets a visual inspection before shipping. The team reviews print alignment, color accuracy, stitching, and topcoat coverage.
