Shoe Zero Returns and Refunds Policy
Because each item is custom printed, most sales are final.
Every Shoe Zero product is made to order and printed just for you. If something arrives incorrect, damaged, or has a clear defect, we’ll make it right.
What we can help with
We will make it right if there is a real issue, like:
- You received the wrong item.
- You received the wrong size compared to what you ordered.
- There is a clear print or product defect.
- The item arrived damaged.
What we cannot accept returns for
- Change of mind.
- Ordered the wrong size (or the size does not fit as expected).
- Design expectations (you approved the design, then changed your mind).
- Color differences from screen to real life (screens can show colors differently).
- Small handmade variations (tiny differences can happen because items are made from scratch).
- Shipping delays or carrier delays.
How to request help
To get support fast, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the full item
- Close up photos of the issue
- If it is a size issue, a photo of the size label inside the shoe
- A quick note telling us what went wrong
What we will do to fix it
If your issue is confirmed, we will usually offer one of these solutions:
- A free remake or replacement (most common)
- Another fair solution depending on the situation
